UltraTape Aerospace and Solar Tapes

The Aerospace industry has stringent requirements for silicone free, residue-free, low outgassing adhesive tape. UltraTape offers a complete line of tapes that meet these critical requirements. UltraTape also offers a range of products for the Solar industry. These high-performance technical products are used in a number of applications.

• Our tapes are low outgassing, residue-free, and silicone-free and are the only tapes that meet the Aerospace acceptance criteria.
• Tapes are ideal for the Solar Cell Manufacturing cleanroom. Construction Tapes for hanging visqueen sheeting during cleanroom construction or equipment maintenance, labels for product identification and traceability and Environmental Health and Safety tapes.
• Tapes for Solar Panel Assembly including single-sided and double-sided tapes for bonding and sealing aluminum framed modules, permanent bonding bonding of the junction box, and low outgassing tapes for laminate fabrication, cell positioning, and cable management.
• Available in UltraClean where each roll is processed through our clean manufacturing process, individually inspected and individually wrapped in cleanroom polyethylene bags; and then double bagged in packs or available in our Standard version for use in less critical environments with single bag packaging.
